Weekday Standard Package: $550 (originals)/ $650 (funnel cakes with toppings)
Our standard package includes a 2-hour serving time after set-up and a 50-funnel cake minimum. A $250 deposit is required to save the date and a $50 set-up fee. Additional mileage will be charged at 2.50 per mile if over 20 miles from Waldorf, MD. Additional funnel cakes can be added for $10 per person for original funnel cakes/Oreos and $12 per person for funnel cakes with toppings.
Weekend Standard Package: $1050 (originals)/ $1250 (funnel cakes with toppings)
Our weekend standard package includes a 2-hour serving time after set-up and a 100-funnel cake minimum. A $250 deposit is required to save the date, $50 set-up fee. Additional mileage will be charged at $2.50 per mile if over 20 miles from Waldorf, MD. Additional funnel cakes can be added for $10 per person for original funnel cakes/Oreos and $12 per person for funnel cakes with toppings.

Save the Date/Deposit
A $250 non-refundable deposit (applied to final balance) is required to hold your desired reservation date. Additional charges include a $50 set-up fee and mileage if your private event in located over 20 miles outside of Waldorf, MD. Payments are able to be broken up into scheduled increments and the final payment is due the day of the event. In the event of inclement weather, the clients deposit will be refunded.

Set-Up Requirements
We utilized a tent set-up and require a flat level 10 x 20 area to set-up for a private event (we are not a food truck or trailer).It must be an outside venue. We are unable to set-up on hills or extremely tight spaces. Prior to booking the client will have to provide a photo of the desired set-up location to ensure that we are able properly load and un-load our equipment. Concrete or paved surface are perfect.

Permit Requirements
If the event is on private property, permits are usually not required. However, catered events on public property often require a local permit. It is the client's responsibility to verify that Johnson Family Funnel Cakes can serve at that event site. If you need to have your property listed on our COI, just let us know and we will provide a copy.

Travel Fees
Currently, we service a 20-mile radius. Travel fees are required for events outside this radius and can vary depending on mileage and drive time. Additional mileage will be charged at a rate of 2.50 per mile.

Cooked to perfection and sprinkled with powdered or cinnamon sugar.
